Fixings - Seal Washer ● Only use seal washers through the pods

Timber-frame ● Suitable for fixing system to timber-frame

Additional fixings ● Useful for flint or rubble stone

Note: The wall-tie shown is for illustrative purposes only. Always use stainless
steel ties that are approved by your Local Authority Building Control.

1. Ensure that the components are assembled correctly

2. Looking into the open pod, the fixing should look as shown below. These additional fixings
are often required when building with flint or rubble stone.

3. If the fixings are only required for securing the SureCav panels to the timber-frame then just
use the seal washer without the tie.

IMPORTANT: The seal washer must only be used through the SureCav pod in conjunction with a
stainless steel screw.
